Kat Sabatini is a versatile professional who delivers impactful work.

In addition to 15+ years of experience in diverse operations, marketing, and consulting leadership roles with Fortune 100 companies, Kat participates in international fine arts galleries and craft festivals, exhibiting photography, video, paint, and metalwork. Kat is an entrepreneur; she’s been successful as a marketer, resume writer, career coach, small business owner, jewelry designer, artist, and yoga teacher. She is passionate about sustainable business, fair and equitable employment, and environmental and social justice.

Kat received a BFA in Art from New York University and an executive MBA in Sustainability from the Yale School of Management. She is constantly learning and looking for new big hairy problems to solve.

Kat lives in the Hudson Valley of New York where she continues to collaborate with organizations and individuals all over the world.
